You can enjoy a picturesque walk to the main event (just under two miles through the beautiful parklands), but we also know how tiring a full day of spectating and shopping can be. That’s why our team operates convenient golf buggy shuttles every morning and afternoon—an absolute lifesaver when you’re carrying bags full of fantastic exhibitor purchases!

Pop-Up Hotel Comfort for the Whole Family

A long day at the trials requires a restorative night’s sleep, and we don’t compromise on comfort. We offer premium Deluxe and Super Deluxe packages in either our classic Yurts or beautiful Bell Tents.

• The Science of Sleep: You won’t find airbeds here. Deluxe and Super Deluxe tents feature proper raised beds fitted with memory foam mattresses, cozy blankets, luxury linens, and fresh towels. Plus, because it is September, we even provide electric blankets to keep guests snug at night!
• Space for Everyone: We are a fully child-friendly and dog-friendly site, with ample space in Burghley Park for games and dog walking. Bringing the whole crew? We highly recommend our spacious Emperor Bell Tents (perfect for a family of 4 to 6) or our large Yurts.

• Immaculate Washrooms & Showers: Forget the dreaded event portaloos. We supply premium, fully flushing loos and individual, private cubicles with piping hot showers to wash off the day. (Accessible amenities are also readily available—just let us know when booking!)
• The Pamper Tent: We know getting ready is part of the experience. Our dedicated Pamper Tent is fully equipped with dressing stations, proper mirrors, hairdryers, and straighteners so you can step out looking your best.

• The Restaurant & Lounge: Each evening, our on-site restaurant serves up a carefully curated three-course meal.
