Flexible Departure: Reservation dates are strictly fixed to the packages listed above; however, you are welcome to check out earlier than Monday if needed.
Early Check-in Requests: Early arrival on Thursday or Friday is subject to availability. Please add a note in the comments box during checkout, and our team will review your request closer to the event.
Arrival Times: We strongly recommend arriving before dark to ensure smooth site access and prompt check-in at Reception.
All bookings include bedding as your layout, plus one towel and a blanket per person.
The bedding consists of a Winter 13.5 tog duvet & two pillows with all linen according to your layout.
A double power socket for 3-pin plugs and suitable for charging mobile phones and lower voltage devices.
The power source is not suitable for hairdryers, domestic kettles etc.
A Pamper Tent will be onsite where you can use hairdryers etc.
A complimentary breakfast of both continental and English breakfast is served daily.
Burghley Boutique offers convenient parking for the duration of your stay, next to the Walled Garden.
The Burghley Boutique Car passes allow you to park only during your stay.
A Defender Burghley Horse Trials Car Pass is required separately if you plan to drive or park at the actual event.
A complimentary shuttle service is included in your stay and is available daily from our site to a drop off point near to Lion Bridge, and back to the Campsite.
Burghley Boutique is proudly dog-friendly, and well-behaved dogs are always welcome! Due to ongoing conservation work by the Estate, we kindly ask that dogs are exercised exclusively within the Walled Garden, and not in the wider Burghley Park.

EVENT TICKETS ARE NOT INCLUDED
In addition to your accommodation booking, you must purchase admission tickets for Defender Burghley Horse Trials and car passes if you wish to drive to the event. We strongly suggest that all our guests do this before the event; many ticket types sell out before the event, and advance discount prices are only available from the official box office which typically opens late April.
