Burghley Boutique is 1 mile from Stamford and 20 minutes north of Peterborough on the A1.
Burghley Boutique Reception Opening Times
Wednesday of the event from Midday until 10 pm
We encourage all guests to arrive before 10 pm to ensure access to the site and check in to your accommodation.
Please advise us in advance if you’ll arrive after this time.
Monday: Check-out by 11 am
For guest access, you will need to use the Golf Club Entrance at all times, except during the event times.
During the event times (Thursday – Sunday), access through Barnack Drift (Gate 8) is available during showground opening times (7 am to 6 pm).Â
When guests come into Gate 8 during event, you will be able to access the Walled Garden without the need for event tickets. However, if you enter the Golf Club (gate 6) during the event, you will need to show valid tickets.Â
Access into the event from the Walled Garden – all guests will need valid tickets.
Burghley Boutique is the official glamping site for Defender Burghley Horse Trials
In addition to your accommodation booking, you must purchase admission tickets for Defender Burghley Horse Trials and car passes if you wish to drive to the event. We strongly suggest that all our guests do this before the event; many ticket types sell out before the event, and advance discount prices are only available from the official box office opening in late April.
