Competition Terms & Conditions
This competition is administered by Burghley Boutique and Burghley Horse Trials Ltd and is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Who can enter?
The Prize Draw is open to customers who submit their contact details via the form provided. The Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.
2. Opening/Closing date & time
Prize Draw opens for entries on Monday, 26th May 2025.
Prize Draw closes for entries on Monday, 2nd June 2025, at 11:59 BST
3. Prize
The winner of the prize draw will receive:
2 x 4 DAY SEASON TICKETS & CAR PASS to the Defender Burghley Horse Trials 4-7th September, 2025
1 x Five-night stay in an Emperor Bell Tent Super Deluxe for two* at Burghley Boutique – from Midday Wednesday 3rd September, 2025 until 11am Monday 8th September, 2025.
- No cash equivalent (where applicable) or alternative prize will be given at the winner’s request, and the prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
- The Emperor Bell Tent as a Super Deluxe for two is available as a double or two singles.
- BHT Ltd reserves the right to alter or vary the content or timing of the whole or any part of the prize in circumstances beyond its reasonable control without any obligation.
- Should the event be partially or fully cancelled Burghley Horse Trials Ltd are not responsible for any costs incurred by the winner e.g. travel costs etc.
- By attending BHT you do so entirely at your own risk**
4. Winner selection & contact
The draw for all entries will occur within 24 hours after the closing date and will be announced directly via email by Friday, 6th of June, 2025. Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn randomly from all eligible entries will win the prize. The prize is time-sensitive, and the winner will be contacted on or after the close date.
The winner must consent to be photographed, filmed, or recorded for marketing, broadcast, or security purposes during, and before, the show, as required. By entering the competition the winner authorises such photography and recording and permits the BHT to use their images, likeness, and voice for archival and promotional purposes in any and all media, without liability, compensation, or credit.
